Authors should submit an\u00a0abstract\u00a0<\/i>(2 pages) for review; however, if you wish to participate in the\u00a0<\/a>best paper contests<\/span>\u00a0, you MUST submit a\u00a0full paper<\/i>\u00a0(4 to 6 pages) for review.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You may follow the instructions to find IEEE conference templates for the 2 pages abstract<\/strong> with a\u00a0PDF<\/strong> file using A4 <\/strong>papers or submit the 4-6 pages full paper<\/strong> (The full paper should be a PDF<\/strong> file using A4<\/strong> size papers. The templates and instructions for MS Word and LaTex can be found on the IEEE \u2013 Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings page<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n
